Pete Radio 008

It would appear that having a cold, being a bit tired and somewhat irritable makes for rather good radio. I'll try and get fucked up every time I podcast from now on. Lots more talking this time (though the volume is way lower than usual for some reason - sorry) and the usual random selection of tunes that really shouldn't go together but kinda do. Oh, I mention a few things you might want to check out online: James Kochalka's diary comic and his printed work, Andy R's band Linus with mp3s, and Acts of Volition Radio - the only other podcast vaguely like mine I've come across. If you know of any other decent music and talk based podcasts, please leave a link in the comments.

Well, I checked iPodder last night but must have been a few hours too early for No. 8. Good news is I have it downloaded in time for a trip to Africa. The RT choice is good - lots of neat work on the guitar as well as a tongue-in-cheek lyric. His live performance recordings are something else tho' his studio material is pretty good too. Looking forward to hearing your intro!

Very good once again despite your calling me absurd (which I can't really argue with anyway).

That Bright Eyes track is just gorgeous. Another friend had already recommended them to me but I hadn't got round to finding any of their stuff. Now I really must.
