How to Listen
There are three options:

1. From this page, right-click on the "Download" link and save to your computer.

2. Copy the RSS feed URL into your favourite Podcasting application. iPodder is a good one. This will automatically download any new shows and import them into your music player.

3. Subscribe to the feed in your favourite feed reader. Bloglines is a good web-based one though there are many options available. Any new shows will show up and you can download them from there.

As a tribute to Andy Roberts, who died on June 18th, we will be posting some of the many mix tapes he made for people. If you would like to contribute please get in touch. LJ feed.

Assistant Blog Radio is collated and presented by Jonathan Shipley who runs Assistant Blog. Jonathan lives in Brighton and plays guitar in a band. They're called Assistant too.

Cartoonist, musician, martial artist and general renaissance man Garen Ewing presents an eclectic music show.

Idiot Radio (RSS)
Idiot Radio is courtesy of Steve Miller and Paul Rainey from the nondescript Midlands / Anglia border. Paul draws comics. Steve reads them.

Tunes chosen by monocat | mooncat | paul | dad | him... whatever - someone who enjoys their music...

Nine tunes by ColdCUT, Helen Reddy, Bight Eyes, Klaus Wusthoff, Half Man Half Biscuit, Smog, Strawberry Switchblade, Spiritualized and, of course, The Pixies, top and tailed with the minimum of talking, partly because of micriphone issues and partly because my voice sounds blooming awful.
